The SDR SensorDish Reader is a small 24-channel reader that can be used to non-invasively detect oxygen and pH in single-use 24-well or 6-well multi-culture dishes. Multiple discs have a sensor point at the bottom of each hole. With the SensorDish® Reader placed below it, they can be read in a non-invasive and non-destructive way through the transparent bottom of the multi-course. The software can calculate pH or oxygen value without user board calibration: you can easily upload calibration data from a file. The use of user-friendly software allows real-time display of oxygen and pH kinetics throughout the cultivation process. All measurement data can be exported to Excel or ASCII for further evaluation. Real-time data acquisition can immediately indicate the necessary media replacement. In addition, monitoring multiple samples simultaneously can compare different samples and use duplicate samples. SensorDish®Reader can be used in incubators and shakers, so it is an ideal tool for cell culture. The reusable oxygen sensor integrated in the glass container can also be read for breath monitoring. With optional expansion, up to 240 samples (10 SDRs) can be monitored in parallel processing.
