Description

The HS-2 semi-automatic headspace sampler features a matrix arrangement of heating positions in the sample box, ensuring uniform heating, reducing volume, and lowering power consumption. All sample transfer lines and quantitative loops are made of imported high-inertness deactivated tubing, eliminating residue and cross-contamination to ensure repeatability and accuracy of sample injection. The combination of a six-port valve and quantitative loop minimizes dead volume, enhancing injection precision, with a maximum operating temperature of 200°C. The connection points between the six-port valve and transfer lines are located within a heated insulation box, eliminating cold spots and preserving sample integrity. The sampler employs a classic positive pressure sampling method, capable of testing liquid or solid samples with high detection sensitivity and stable baseline at atmospheric pressure. The six-port valve is motor-driven, eliminating the need for external drive gas, ensuring safe and convenient operation. The integrated design results in a compact structure, with microcomputer control and full Chinese LCD display for easy and convenient operation. It includes a universal drive interface for automatic coordination with chromatography and workstations.
