The Sorvall RC 3C Plus low speed refrigerated centrifuge features a large capacity, quiet, low heat operation, time-tested drive and refrigeration system. Its automatic rate control system increases resolution and separation rate by providing smooth and efficient operation, while automatic RCF determination increases precision.

Equipped with an advanced microprocessor, the RC 3C Plus provides repeatable results with its programmable operation. Ten different programs can be set and recalled via one button control. The Sorvall model also includes some of the most unbalanced drives on the market. The 2.5 hp direct drive uses a Sorvall GyroAction self-centering drive system, with an unbalance tolerance of up to 50 grams.

Guided by the principles of sustainability, the RC 3C Plus integrates various advanced safety and environmental features. Like all Sorvall centrifuges, this model uses SUVA® CFC-free refrigerants, providing efficient cooling while supporting environmental protection.

The Sorvall RC 3C Plus centrifuge's advanced digital display includes speed/RCF display and speed selector, time/w2dt display and selector, advisory information and diagnostic indicators. The system recognizes 10 different operating status situations and 12 different coding system fault situations.
