Description

The manufacturer of Stratagene MX3005P Real-Time qPCR System is Stratagene. Model is MX3005P. The Mx3000P real-time PCR system is a fully integrated real-time PCR detection system. The system includes a state-of-the-art thermal cycler, quartz tungsten halogen lamps for fluorescence excitation, photomultiplier tubes for high-sensitivity detection, and real-time quantitative detection and analysis software. Using the Mx3000P real-time PCR system to monitor PCR in real time is fast, simple and reliable. The Mx3000P system has an open format, closed-tube real-time PCR assay is allowed, including the SYBR® green dye and fluorescent probe system. The Mx3000P system supports real-time and plate-reading experiments. The software features a variety of specific experiment types, custom plate setups, thermal profile setups and analysis screens, and the specific application of collecting and analyzing data is simplified. Some of the differences between the Mx3000P real-time PCR system and other real-time detection instruments are: viewing and analyzing data in a variety of formats, including: magnified plot, scatter plot, sample value screen showing all dyes across the plate, fluorescence intensity screen, final call results , melting curves, annealing ranges and text reports. Enhanced analysis algorithms, including adaptive baselines, to improve results and reduce the need for manual adjustments. Molecular beacon melting curve analysis and automatic melting temperature (Tm) calculation. Ability to plot individual dyes and wells from one experiment without exporting data. Real-time amplification plots allow viewing and analysis of results during a PCR run. All results are available with raw data.
