Description

TTRAX III is the most powerful X-ray diffractometer in the world. The system is equipped with an 18 kW rotating anode generator suitable for the most demanding applications. TTRAX III's high-power light source is very suitable for thin film diffraction and the determination of trace phases in powder materials. This versatile design combines cross-beam optical technology (CBO) and an independent in-plane scattering axis to provide the largest range of measurement geometry without system reconfiguration. Experimental features include standard powder diffraction, sweep incident diffraction, in-plane diffraction, high-resolution diffraction, X-ray reflectivity, and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). TTRAX III can be equipped with a variety of optional accessories to achieve maximum flexibility.
