The Turbo-V 1001 Navigator Turbomolecular Pump is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The optimized design of the Agilent turbomolecular pump can achieve a high compression ratio within the low pressure and the maximum pressure difference at a large pumping volume and high pre-stage pressure. The pump is oil-free, pollution-free, and has a very low failure rate.
