Whatman® Drain Disc, model 230300 is manufactured by Cytiva. This product is used with membrane hardware where requires additional support to improve flow and flux. The polyester drain pan contains no adhesive and is 100 μm thick. It provides a flat surface to eliminate tear or rupture of the filter. In continuous stack filtration applications, it is also used as a separator between membranes.
