BEV and CET are monoclonal antibodies used for immunotherapy of cancers. And the antigens of BEV and CET in human body are human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) respectively. Bevacizumab can be used in the treatment of colorectal cancer, but there are certain side effects, such as thrombosis, arterial hypertension, albuminuria, gastrointestinal or nasal septum perforation, abnormal wound healing, irreversible leucoencephalopathy syndrome, allergic rash, and hypersensitivity.Cetuximab injection can be used in combination with radiotherapy for advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) , or in combination with platinum-based cancer drugs for fluorouracil for SCCHNS that have recurred (relapsed) or have spread to other parts of the body (metastases). Cetuximab injection is also used with encorafenib in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC, colon and rectal cancer that has spread) and has the BRAF V600E mutation.
