Analysis of BCA-1/BLC (Mouse) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0051-LGZ)

Introduction

CXCL13, known as BCA-1 (B cell attractant chemokine 1) or BLC (B lymphocyte chemoattractant), is a potent attractant selective for B lymphocytes by binding to the BLR1/CXCR5 receptor . CXCL13 was originally identified in the stromal cells of B-cell follicles to regulate the homing of B-cell and T-cell subsets.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Rat Monoclonal
