Extracellular regulated protein kinases (ERK1/2) are mainly activated by phosphorylation of various growth factors, ion rays and hydrogen peroxide, and enter the nucleus to act on transcription factors such as E1k-1,c-myc,c-fos,c-jun,ATF,NF-kB and AP-1, promoting the transcription and expression of some genes, which are closely related to cell proliferation and differentiation.
