Analysis of HAVCR2/TIM-3 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0239-LGZ)

Introduction

CD366, also known as TIM-3, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TIM family within the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD366 is expressed on Th1, Th17, Treg, NK, NK-T, dendritic cells, monocytes, mast cells and macrophages, but not on B cells and Th2 cells. CD366 regulates macrophage activation and is a negative regulator of Th1 cell function.
