Analysis of I-TAC (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0375-LGZ)

Introduction

C-X-C motif chemokine 11 (CXCL11), also known as interferon-induced T cell alpha chemokine (I-TAC), is a small molecular weight cytokine in the CXC chemokine family. Its gene is located on human chromosome 4 like many other CXC chemokine family members. It is highly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas, and liver, moderately expressed in thymus, spleen, and lung, and lowly expressed in small intestine, placenta, and prostate tissue.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Goat Polyclonal

Applications

Cytokines & Chemokines, Immunology/Inflammation

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.
