Analysis of IL-4 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0348-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-4 (Interleukin-4, Interleukin-4, IL-4) is a cytokine secreted by type II helper T cells (Th2 cells). The biological effects of interleukin-4 include stimulating the proliferation of activated B cells and T cells, and the differentiation of CD4+ T cells into type II helper T cells. It also plays a key role in regulating humoral and adaptive immunity.
