Analysis of IL-8 (Non-human primate) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0362-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-8(IL-8), a cytokine in the chemokine family, is known to play a role in regulating the physiological and pathological processes of human reproduction, and one of its mechanisms of action is binding to its specific receptors. It mainly mediates the immune response related to cytotoxicity and local inflammation to assist the generation of antibodies, and participates in cellular immunity and the occurrence of delayed hypersensitive inflammation. The main biological effect is to chemotaxis and activate neutrophils, and promote the lysosomal activity and phagocytosis of neutrophils.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Goat Polyclonal
