Analysis of RANKL/TNFSF11 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0517-LGZ)

Introduction

Receptor activators of factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL), also known as tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11 (TNFSF11), TNF related activation-inducible cytokine (TRANCE), osteoprotein ligand (OPGL), and osteoclast differentiation factor (ODF), it's a human protein encoded by the TNFSF11 gene. RANKL is known as a type II membrane protein and is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. RANKL has been identified as affecting the immune system and controlling bone regeneration and remodeling
