The BD FACSAria II cell sorter is one of your best choices for flow cytometry. It is a high-speed, fixed-alignment cuvette cell sorter that performs, handles, and delivers better than ever. The innovative designs give excitation optics and collection optics that reduce excitation losses and dramatically improves collection efficiency. For maximum flexibility, the instrument cell sorter can be configured with up to four air-cooled, solid state lasers and can detect up to 15 parameters simultaneously. The instrument setup, QC, data management, and sorting is under the control of the BD DACSDiva software, allowing more to time spent on experiments.
We offer several FACSAria Models like The FACSAria I, FACSAria II, and FACSAria III. Fluidics cart and computer loaded with BD FACSDiva™ software v6.1.3 or later is also included. The unit is equipped with 2 lasers (blue/red) and can be customized to add a 3rd laser.
