Ultrasonic Spray Equipment

Ultrasonic spray system uses ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation to atomize liquid into uniform micron-sized fruit particles. The Ultrasonic spray nozzle operates at a given flow rate ranging from 0.5 to 10 cc per minute. Compared with the traditional two-fluid nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle can obtain more uniform, thinner and more controllable film spraying and spraying pyrolysis, and not easy to plug nozzle. The technology is widely used in the preparation of thin film solar cells, fuel cells, semiconductor photoresists, electronic sensors, non-woven functional coatings, glass coating and other nano and submicron film.
