The confocal Raman microscope alpha300 R has the unique ability to acquire chemical information non-destructively, and its resolution is as low as the optical diffraction limit (~200 nm). This allows you to observe and analyze the distribution of different phases in the sample under ambient conditions without the need for special sample preparation. Thanks to the confocal setting, not only can information be collected from the sample surface, but also the inside of the transparent sample can be deeply observed and even 3D information can be obtained.
