The SPB-5 air source generator is simple to operate, requiring only the press of a power switch to obtain stable, pure air, eliminating the need for gas cylinder transportation and handling. It uses an advanced American Thomas oil-free rocking piston 330W compressor, with multi-stage drying and purification before entering the gas storage tank. The output compressed air is clean and dry, thanks to a Japanese imported particle filter at the outlet. The generator has a dual-stage pressure stabilization system with output pressure fluctuations less than 0.003MPa, reducing chromatographic noise. It employs pressure swing adsorption (PSA) drying technology, eliminating the need for frequent filter changes, and operates continuously 24/7. The generator's key components, including the filter assembly and gas storage tank, are made of durable 304 stainless steel. Safety features include thermal protection, overcurrent protection, and a safety valve to automatically relieve pressure if it becomes too high, ensuring safe use. The generator has an internal interface for an optional hydrocarbon removal device using high-temperature catalytic oxidation technology to convert hydrocarbons to carbon dioxide and water for purification.
