The Zero Air Generator is a device designed to purify air. Compressed air, after dehydration, enters the catalytic converter inside the instrument, where hydrocarbons are converted into carbon dioxide and water vapor in the heated catalyst containing platinum-palladium carrier. After passing through a dehydration unit, clean air at the zero level is obtained. The instrument's internal use of silicone rubber seals (with low sulfur content) effectively improves gas quality, ensuring a stable chromatographic baseline.
