The HS-3 is a cost-effective, fully automatic headspace sampler that can pre-set 15 samples without manual intervention. It features a full Chinese LCD display for simple operation, with a one-touch startup function. With one heating position, it's particularly suitable for standard program temperature increases.

The instrument features a built-in single-chip computer, controllable via panel operation, and equipped with a host computer interface for control via third-party software on a computer.
Simple operation with one-key startup. The instrument automatically performs heating balance, needle insertion, sampling, injection, chromatograph and workstation startup, sample bottle replacement, etc., achieving full automation of processes.
It can preset up to 15 samples without manual intervention, enhancing the reliability and consistency of analysis work.
Equipped with various fault diagnosis and handling modes, capable of automatically detecting sample bottle positions and avoiding positions without bottles. In the event of position faults, it can avoid collisions with bottles. In case of mechanical movement abnormalities, it can automatically stop and prompt, effectively ensuring the reliability of high-precision movements and preventing damage.
All sample transfer pipelines and quantitative loops are treated with RESTEK deactivation, Siltek®/Sulfinert® processed 316L stainless steel tubing, ensuring no residue, enabling the transmission of polar compounds, acidic substances, sulfides, and avoiding cross-contamination, ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of sample injection. The combination of six-way valves and quantitative loops minimizes dead volume, ensuring sampling accuracy. The connection points between the six-way valves and the transfer pipelines are located within a heated insulation box, eliminating transfer cold spots and ensuring sample integrity.
Utilizes the classic positive pressure sampling method, suitable for liquid or solid samples, with high detection sensitivity. Atmospheric pressure sampling ensures baseline stability. It can detect benzene in water at 1 ppb.
All actions are driven by motors, eliminating the need for external driving gas and ensuring simple and convenient operation.
Integrated design with a compact structure; plastic shell for neat appearance; full aluminum alloy structure to ensure rigidity while significantly reducing weight, ensuring safe transportation.
