GD-Profiler 2 Glow Discharge Spectrometer is manufactured by HORIBA Scientific. This product can quickly and simultaneously analyze all the elements of interest, including nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and chlorine. It is an ideal tool for film characterization and process research. The GD-Profiler 2 is equipped with a pulse mode RF source for fragile samples. Its applications range from corrosion research to PVD coating process control.
