The GE AKTA Prime FPLC is a compact one-step cleanup liquid chromatography system that works with most compact columns. This innovative and versatile GE FPLC system is designed for high quality gel filtration, HIC, affinity chromatography, buffer exchange and ion exchange.

AKTA Prime was also designed using AKTA Prime View 5.0 software, which features a sizable library of easy-to-use pre-programmed methods and optimized protocols. These advanced methods are best suited for applications involving affinity-tagged proteins, antibodies, and sample cleanup.

The GE AKTA Prime uses the latest LC technology to provide reliable results and eliminate the risk of errors such as overflow or misplaced tubes.
