HT4000E Automated SPE-HPLC Autosampler, 100, 250, 500 mL and 1, 2.5, 10 mL, HTA (CAT#: STEM-LE-0004-LC)

The HT4000E is a flexible HPLC autosampler that can automatically perform solid phase extraction procedures.
It is responsible for the purification of the sample until the eluted sample is collected in the vial (offline mode), or it can be continued until directly injected into the HPLC or LC-MS analyzer (online mode).
HT4000E supports multiple cleaning procedures. In addition to the most common SPE columns (normal phase, reverse phase, and ion exchange phases), the HT4000E can also be used for affinity and immunoaffinity columns as per Diatomaceous Earth Sorbent SLE column. In addition, the HT4000E can be successfully used for automated sample filtration by using filter cartridges instead of syringe filters.
