Hydrogenation Reactor, 0.1~20.0MPa, model STEM-GLE-1858-YJL is manufactured by Beijing Jinglilong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The device is designed with a gas feeding unit, a liquid feeding unit, a reaction unit and a collection unit. The raw material gas and raw material liquid are mixed and preheated in a certain proportion and then enter the fixed bed reactor. The raw material gas is metered with a mass flow controller, the raw material liquid is metered by a metering pump, and the reactor is heated by a three-stage electric heating furnace. After the reaction product comes out of the reaction unit, the gas-liquid separation is carried out first, the liquid material enters the liquid storage tank, and the tail gas is filtered and emptied or connected to an online analyzer.
