Tank: It is mainly used to cultivate and ferment various bacterial cells, and the sealing is better.
Stirring paddle: There is a stirring paddle in the tank, which is used for continuous stirring during the fermentation process.
The Sparger ventilated at the bottom is used to introduce the air or oxygen required for the growth of the bacteria.
Sensor: There are control sensors on the top plate of the tank, commonly used are pH electrodes and DO electrodes, which are used to monitor the changes of pH and DO of the fermentation broth during the fermentation process.
Controller: used to display and control fermentation conditions, etc.
The main body of the laboratory scale bioreactor tank is provided with interlayer and thermal insulation layer, which can be heated, cooled and thermally insulated.
The tank body and the upper and lower elliptical heads are processed by spinning R angle. The inner wall of the tank is mirror polished, which is hygienic and has no dead ends.
The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented in a pollution-free state. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes, inlet and outlet and other devices.
