Description

LDTC1020 includes a laser diode driver and a temperature controller. The laser diode driver includes two low-noise FL500, which can drive a stable, safe current up to 1 A. The temperature controller is ultra-stable WTC3243, which can provide bipolar current up to 2.2 A for thermoelectric or resistive heaters. The LDTC0520 can drive up to 500 mA for less laser diode current.
