Lubrication System Testing

A lubrication system is a device that supplies lubricant to the parts that need lubrication. The lubrication system is usually composed of lubricating oil passage, oil pump, oil filter, valve, oil suction pipe, etc. When the engine is running, the lubrication system continuously delivers a sufficient amount of clean oil with appropriate temperature to the friction surfaces of all transmission parts, and forms an oil film between the friction surfaces to achieve liquid friction. The lubrication system can reduce the friction resistance between the transmission components, decrease the power consumption, and reduce the wear of the parts, thereby improving the reliability and durability of the engine.

Lubrication system testing is an important part of lubrication management of mechanical equipment. Professional testing can help monitor the lubrication and wear conditions of the equipment, predict the development of the wear process, detect failure signs in a timely manner, find out the cause of the failure, and take corresponding solutions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

STEMart provides comprehensive lubrication system testing services to monitor the working condition and wear of the lubrication system, identify potential failure signs, and facilitate timely maintenance and treatment.
