Description

The NanoGel series ion exchange (IEX) resins are specifically designed for the purification of large biologics, including antibodies, viral vectors, and vaccines. These resins are supported by rigid poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PS-DVB) beads with uniform particle size and exceptionally large pores (average pore size ≥ 1500 Å). Featuring polyhydroxyl surface modifications and advanced surface extender chemistry, NanoGel resins provide low non-specific binding and high binding capacity, making them ideal for efficient and effective purification processes.
