Description

Rigaku NANOPIX mini is the world's first desktop small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) system designed to provide automated nano-particle size distribution analysis for QC and R&D applications. Nanoparticle size, size distribution and particle shape are the key information obtained from SAXS. Samples range from solutions, suspensions or slurries to solid plastics, rubber or polymers.
