Optical Strain Test System

Optical strain measurement is a strain measurement method based on digital image processing. The method is a non-contact measurement technique, which alleviates the need for modifying the parts for lead-wire routing and sensor attachment as required in traditional strain gauge instrument. Less time is wasted and the testing process is faster and more efficient.

The optical strain measurement system adopts non-contact optical measurement method, which can accurately measure the three-dimensional coordinates of the object, as well as the displacement and strain under the load. It can measure hysteresis loop (PE) and strain-electric field intensity curve (SE) at different temperatures.
