Pulsion® Hollow Fiber Rows, Nominal Pore Size 0.03 µm, Outside Fiber Diameter 0.1 inch (2.6 mm), model 728322 is manufactured by Koch Membrane Systems. The treatment method of industrial and municipal wastewater has changed due to the launch of the single-head ultrafiltration Puron membrane bioreactor. The patented module has reinforced PVDF hollow fibers, which are only fixed at the bottom, almost eliminating the clogging of hair, fiber materials and sludge solids. Solids and particles (including bacteria) remain on the outside, while permeate is sucked into the fiber through the membrane. The aeration nozzle is centered in the fiber bundle to flush the entire fiber length, thereby minimizing power consumption. The membrane type and material of the product are braided hollow fiber for outside-in operation and proprietary PVDF respectively, it is suitable for municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater treatment.
