Recombinant Human CD38 (hFc Tag), Yisheng (CAT#: STEM-CT-0189-ZJF)

The Recombinant Human CD38 (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for targeting CD38-positive cells in cell therapy.
CD38, also known as ADP-ribosyl cyclase, is a Type II integral membrane protein. It can transform NAD(P)+ into three products with calcium mobilizing ability: cyclic ADP-ribose, NAADP+, and ADP-ribose. CD38 is expressed in B and T lymphocytes, osteoclasts, and various other cells, modulating calcium-mediated signal transduction in processes such as neutrophil and pancreatic beta cell function.

Source: Recombinant Human CD38 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Val43-Ile300.
Molecular Weight: Approximately 56.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Activity: ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD38, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD38 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 17.4ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
