The Recombinant Human IFN-γ Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for immunomodulatory effects and antiviral activity. IFN-γ is primarily produced by T cells and natural killer cells activated by antigens, mitogens, or alloantigens. Interferon-gamma possesses potent immunomodulatory functions, enhancing antigen-presenting cell activity, accelerating the clearance of immune complexes, and improving phagocytic activity. It exerts bidirectional regulation on lymphocytes, enhances antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and increases the expression of HLA class II antigens on certain immune-activated cells. It has a strong inhibitory effect on the activation, proliferation, and extracellular matrix secretion of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and can suppress collagen synthesis while promoting collagen degradation. The lyophilized product can be stored at 2-8°C for 24 months. For reconstitution, it can be dissolved in injectable water, saline solution, culture medium, or PBS. After dissolution, it should be aliquoted, with a recommended storage period of 6 months at -20°C and 12 months at -80°C. When diluting, ensure a final concentration of no less than 100μg/mL and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
