* The bioreactor is a single-layer glass tank with a special metal jacket for temperature control; the specifications of a set of tanks are:
The total volume of 2x700ml, the effective working volume is 150~500ml
The total volume of 2x1000ml, the effective working volume is 220~750ml
* Multiple tanks can be cultured in parallel: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12

* Basic unit composition: Stirring system controlled by JQ × 2, temperature control unit × 2, air intake unit × 2, cooling water system, 4 acid-base reagent pumps (2 sets), measurement and control unit × 2, installation operation panel bracket
* Small footprint: the smallest installation space, two 1L reactors, only need a space with a width of 35cm, a reasonable distance is left between the basic units, and 6 reactors can also be installed at 105-110cm in a wide space
* Compact body design, parameter detection and control units are closely assembled, more effective use of space, users can move freely, and the total length of pipelines is also reduced by 30%-50%, greatly reducing the probability of bacterial contamination. The organic combination of sterilization units can adapt to more types of autoclaves. Shorten experiment preparation time: less medium is prepared (the actual maximum fermentation volume is 1000mL), shorter time-consuming simultaneous off-site sterilization, easier disassembly, and more convenient cleaning. 3. For high-density cultivation, microorganisms in the logarithmic phase proliferate rapidly and emit a lot of heat. The cold finger and refrigeration circulator are selected to take away the heat and save precious water resources.
4. Breaking through the traditional vertical arrangement of peristaltic pumps, the four peristaltic pumps of INFORS adopt a horizontal staggered arrangement. The designed peristaltic pump can be sterilized. After the reagent bottle, reactor and peristaltic pump are connected, they can be sterilized together, reducing the later installation process, saving time and reducing the chance of bacterial contamination

* Memory card:
1. The input biological culture parameters, such as the setting value, the on/off state of the parameter, and the PID parameter setting, can be automatically saved in the replaceable "memory card"
2. For different training processes, different memory cards can be replaced to ensure the security of key data
* Single-tank working or multi-tank parallel display can be switched arbitrarily: in the state of single-tank working display, you can directly set and turn on/off parameters. The display screen can be switched freely in the single-tank/multi-tank parallel state; in the single-tank working display state, it can display the set value of the parameter and the output power of the controller at the same time. In this state, the parameter can also be turned on/off directly
