The A1+ MP Confocal Microscope is a unique multiphoton imaging system with a high-resolution galvanometer scanner. The new 4-channel non-descanning detector has higher sensitivity, lower dark current and wider spectral range. It can demix the closely spaced probes in real time to obtain accurate and high contrast spectral imaging. Due to the overlap of the probe's emission spectrum and autofluorescence, this is especially important in multiphoton microscopy, which is usually inevitable when using a single laser line.
