The A1R MP+ Confocal Microscope is a unique multi-photon imaging system with a fast, high-resolution galvanometer scanner and ultra-high-speed resonance scanner, capable of scanning up to 420 at 30 fps with 512 x 512 pixels fps frame rate mode. The new 4-channel non-descanning detector has higher sensitivity, lower dark current and wider spectral range. It can demix the closely spaced probes in real time to obtain accurate and high contrast spectral imaging. This is especially important in multiphoton microscopy because of the overlap of emission spectra of probes and autofluorescence, which is usually inevitable when using a single laser line.
