Triglyceride is converted by enzyme to produce hydrolytic products, and the hydrolytic products are catalyzed by the enzyme to produce fluorescent substances. The accumulation amount of triglyceride can be calculated by detecting the fluorescence value.
Applications
It is suitable for the determination of triglyceride accumulation in tissue and cell samples.
Procedure
1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples. 2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction. 3. Determination of fluorescence intensity. 4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.
