Analysis of Aiolos (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0015-LGZ)

Introduction

The Ikaros family has a C2H2 zinc finger structure (CX2-3-C-X3-Phe-XS-L-X2-H-X3-H), which is essential for the early genesis, development and normal function of lymphocytes and other hematopoietic cells.
Aiolos belongs to the zinc finger family of Ikaros transcription factors and is expressed by various immune cells. Aiolos can form homologous or heterodimer with Ikaros, or interact with other non-Ikaros zinc finger family transcription factors and epigenetic regulators to regulate gene expression through direct binding of its zinc finger motifs to target DNA.

Principle

MSD electrochemiluminescence technology is mainly based on ultra-sensitive multi-factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer MES0 Sector600 or Quickplex SQ120. Through dot matrix technology, the detection of 10 indicators per well can be realized in the 96-hole graphite electrode plate. It can also be customized to realize the screening detection of 100 index wells in a 24-well plate.

Applications

Intracellular Signaling

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Plasma, Serum
