Analysis of IFN-γ (Mouse) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0273-LGZ)

Introduction

Interferon gamma (IFN-γ) is a soluble dimeric cytokine, the only member of type II interferons. It is mainly secreted by natural killer cells (NK) and natural killer T cells (NKT) cells, and plays a role in innate immunity; in the process of antigen-specific immunity, it is secreted by CD4 Th1 and CD8 cytotoxic T cells.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Rat Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Rat Monoclonal
Recombinant Standards: Expressed in E. coli

Applications

Cytokines & Chemokines, Immunology/Inflammation

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.
