Analysis of IL-15 (Non-human primate) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0303-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-15 is a cytokine of the chemokine family. IL-15 is a newly discovered factor that can be produced by various cells such as activated monocyte-macrophages, epidermal cells and fibroblasts. IL-15 can induce the proliferation and differentiation of B cells, and is the only cytokine that can partially replace the initial antibody production induced by IL-2. IL-15 can stimulate the proliferation of T cells and NK cells and induce the activity of LAK cells. IL-15 can also cooperate with IL-12 to stimulate NK cells to produce IFN-γ.
