Analysis of MIP-5 (Non-human primate) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0431-LGZ)

Introduction

Macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP) belongs to the chemokine CC subfamily, and its receptors are various CC chemokine receptors (CCR). It can activate granulocytes, regulate the adhesion of CD8+ T cells and vascular endothelial cells, participate in the regulation of hematopoiesis, and induce the proliferation and activation of NK cells.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
Capture Antibody: Mouse Monoclonal
Detection Antibody: Goat Polyclonal
Recombinant standards: Expressed in E. coli

Applications

Cytokines & Chemokines, Immunology/Inflammation

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant
