Introduction

Neuropeptide Y (NPY) is a hormone that widely exists in the central and peripheral and maintains homeostasis. In the center, NPY has anti-anxiety and anti-epileptic functions, and has the functions of inhibiting reproduction, inhibiting muscle excitation, and inhibiting sympathetic excitation, resulting in a decrease in blood pressure, heart rate, and metabolism of the human body.
