HD Rocksand; Portable XRF Analyzer, XOS (CAT#: STEM-LE-2030-LC)

HD Rocksand™ uses the same HDXRF® technology for heavy metals in environmental remediation and soil analysis. The measurement sensitivity, accuracy, and precision are improved thanks to XOS patented Doubly Curved Crystal (DCC) optics. Multiple optics capture X-rays from the divergent X-ray beam. The optics redirect several selected monochromatic energy beams to focus them on the sample. By using a focused monochromatic excitation beam in three different energy regions, HDXRF can eliminate the scattering background and reduce interference that affect measurement sensitivity, repeatability, and speed.
