Analysis of FasL (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0168-LGZ)

Introduction

FasL is a cytokine that can bind to the death receptor TNFRSF6/FAS, and mediates its apoptosis due to cytotoxicity during T-cell development.
Fas and its ligand FasL are the membrane surface molecules related to cell apoptosis that have been studied most deeply in recent years. The elucidation of their mechanism of action in apoptosis has had a profound impact on the in-depth understanding of the mechanism of cell apoptosis.

Principle

MSD electrochemiluminescence technology is mainly based on ultra-sensitive multi-factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer MES0 Sector600 or Quickplex SQ120. Through dot matrix technology, the detection of 10 indicators per well can be realized in the 96-hole graphite electrode plate. It can also be customized to realize the screening detection of 100 index wells in a 24-well plate.

Applications

Oncology & Cancer

Procedure

1. Coat the capture antibody on the well plate.
2. Add samples/calibrators.
3. Add detection antibody.
4. Read the plate and analyze the data.

Materials

• Sample Type: Plasma, Serum
