Analysis of Glycosylated Serum Protein by Enzyme-labeled Instrument (CAT#: STEM-MB-1463-LGZ)

Introduction

Sensitivity: 0.06 mmol/L
Detection range: 0.06 - 4.0 mmol/L
Precision: inter-lot difference of 6.3%, intra-lot difference of 4.4%
Detection equipment: Enzyme-labeled Instrument
Detection wavelength: 520-550 nm

Principle

The glycosylated serum protein with ketoamine structure can react with tetrazolazolium blue to produce purplish red formazan products under alkaline conditions. The absorbance has a characteristic absorption peak at 530 nm. The concentration of glycosylated serum protein can be reflected by the absorbance.

Applications

It is suitable for the determination of glycosylated serum protein in serum and plasma samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.

Materials

• Sample Type: serum and plasma samples
