Principle

Na+K+ -ATPase decomposed ATP to produce ADP and phosphorus. The activity of Na+K+ -ATPase was calculated by determining the content of phosphorus.

Applications

Used to detect Na+K+ -ATPase activity in serum (plasma) and animal tissue samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.
