Analysis of Oxalate (Oxalic Acid) by Enzyme-labeled Instrument (CAT#: STEM-MB-1453-LGZ)

Introduction

Sensitivity: 0.02 mmol/L
Detection range: 0.02-1 mmol/L
Precision: inter-lot difference of 4.7%, intra-lot difference of 3%
Detection equipment: Enzyme-labeled Instrument
Detection wavelength: 545-555 nm

Principle

Oxalate oxidase catalyzes oxalate oxidation to produce hydrogen peroxide and carbon dioxide. Under the action of POD, hydrogen peroxide reacts with chromogenic substances to produce colored products. The maximum absorption peak is at 550nm, and the color depth is proportional to the content of oxalate.

Applications

Suitable for the determination of oxalate in animal urine, serum plasma and plant tissue.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.

Materials

• Sample Type: animal urine, serum plasma and plant tissue
