ELISA for quantitative detection of antigen and antibody (CAT#: STEM-MB-0170-WXH)

Introduction

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) refers to a qualitative and quantitative detection method that binds soluble antigens or antibodies to polystyrene and other solid-phase carriers, and uses antigen-antibody specific binding to perform immune reactions. It has the characteristics of sensitivity, specificity, simplicity, speed, stability and easy automatic operation. Commonly used ELISA can be divided into the following five categories: ①direct ELISA; ②indirect ELISA; ③sandwich ELISA; ④competitive ELISA; ⑤competitive inhibition ELISA.

Applications

• Quantitative detection of antigen and antibody concentration in body fluid
• Detecting Potential Food Allergens
• Serological blood tests for celiac disease
• Rapid putative screening of certain classes of drugs in toxicology
• detect various diseases
• in vitro diagnostics

Procedure

1. Antigen coating
2. Seal the enzyme-labeled reaction well
3. Add the sample to be tested to establish a concentration gradient
4. Add enzyme-labeled antibody
5. Add substrate solution
6. Termination reaction
7. Result analysis

Notes

Customers inform the animal species to be tested, the detection indicators and the number of specimens.
