STA 449® combines the advantages of a highly sensitive thermal balance with a true differential scanning calorimeter. Various furnaces as well as TGA, TGA-DTA and TGA-DSC sensors can be used, making it easy to optimize the system for the widest range of applications. The synchronous thermal analyzer NETZSCH STA 449® can measure mass changes and thermal effects between -150°C and 2400°C. The high flexibility brought by various sensors, the diversity of sample crucibles and the wide TGA measurement range make the system suitable for the analysis of various materials, including heterogeneous substances. The easy-to-interchange sample holders allow the optimal system to be adapted to various application areas (TGA, TGA-DTA and TGA-DSC measurements). Various furnaces are easy for users to interchange and cover the entire temperature range (please refer to the attachment). Up to the vacuum seal design, measurement can be performed under a specified atmosphere (for example, inert). The system is controlled by newly developed integrated digital electronic equipment. The analysis of the measurement data runs on a standard PC and mature Windows® software.
